(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead after being pulled from a duplex fire.  Firefighters responded to the duplex on Southeast Bush Street last night.  Crews rescued the man from the burning structure and rushed him to a hospital, but he didn't survive.  An investigation is ongoing into what caused the blaze.
