(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland tech firm is selling for one-point-two-billion dollars in cash.  "The Oregonian" reports that it's the biggest tech deal ever for the city.  A Silicon Valley company, Trimble, bought Viewpoint Construction Software yesterday for the record amount.  A spokesman for Viewpoint says they'll still be based in Portland and continue to "hire aggressively."
