(Portland, OR)  --  A man is under arrest, accused of stabbing a man in Southeast Portland. The stabbing happened in the 600 block of Southeast Grand Avenue early yesterday morning. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening wounds. Officers detained a suspect. Investigators say the two men were arguing over using the can recycling machine outside the Jackson's Shell Gas Station before the stabbing.
