(Portland, OR)  --  An unlicensed daycare is being shut down following its fourth violation plus unexplained bruises on a child being cared for there.  A spokeswoman for Oregon's Office of Child Care tells KATU News that daycare owner Jana Orr posed a serious danger to public health or safety and took in more kids than she was allowed to without a license.  Authorities say she ran the unlicensed daycare out of her apartment off Southwest Ash Avenue in Tigard.  The OCC has removed Orr from its central background registry and banned her from providing licensed or unlicensed child care as of last Friday.
