(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing charges after police allegedly caught them in a stolen car.  Police arrested Christoper Cummings and Joseph Haynes early Saturday in northeast Portland.  Police say the men ran from officers after being pulled over for the stolen car near Northeast Halsey and 72nd Avenue.  Police used a K-9 unit to track the two men down.  Police say they also found two replica firearms inside the stolen vehicle.
