(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into an early morning shooting that injured one person in northeast Portland.  Police responded to the parking lot of El Burrito Loco on Northeast 82nd Avenue early this morning on reports of gunfire.  One person was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound.
