(Vancouver, WA) -- A 32-year-old man is facing more than six decades behind bars for a double murder last year in Vancouver, Washington. A judge sentenced Arkangel Howard yesterday to more than 63 years in prison. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm for the shooting deaths of 37-year-old Allen Collins and 42-year-old Jason Benton. The two were shot and killed in an apartment complex parking lot in March of last year.
