(Woodburn, OR)  --  A Woodburn woman is facing charges for allegedly raping a boy multiple times over a two-year period.  Police arrested Isabel Cortes-Flores Sunday.  She's accused of sexually assaulting a boy under the age of 14 from February 2016 through last month.
