(Portland, OR)  --  May Day 2018 is in the books, and police say it was mostly peaceful.  Roughly 200 demonstrators gathered yesterday at Lents Park for the May Day Coalition rally.  The coalition says they chose to rally rather than march this year in an attempt to prevent the violence that broke out during last year's march.  Police arrested more than two-dozen people last year after anarchists started a fire and smashed windows at the corner of Southwest Fourth Avenue and Southwest Morrison Street.
