(Vancouver, WA)  --  Clark Public Utilities is warning Vancouver residents of an impostor trying to enter homes.  The utility says it's received reports of someone pretending to be a utility worker and walking up to people's doors, asking to go inside.  The utility is reminding people to always check someone's ID before letting them inside your home.
