(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of two men whose bodies were found in the water near their capsized fishing boat in Westport, Washington.  Police identify the victims as Portland resident Sean Dooney and his uncle Kevin Dooney from Camas.  They were found dead near a jetty beside their overturned aluminum 12-foot boat on Sunday.  An investigation is ongoing.
