(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges after allegedly stealing money from a tip jar.  Police arrested Timothy Meek for the incident Saturday night at Cupcake Jones.  Police say Meek walked straight up to the cash register and swiped money from the tip jar right in front of an employee who had told him she'd be right with him.  He then allegedly ran from the store.  The whole thing was caught on surveillance camera.  Police arrested Meek after receiving a tip from a nearby coffee shop where he also allegedly stole tips.
