(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a fugitive who was shot by an officer during a car theft case late last month.  Police say 36-year-old Vasile Manta should be considered armed and dangerous.  Police say he led officers on a chase in a stolen minivan April 30th in which he allegedly rammed a police cruiser before crashing the minivan and fleeing on foot.  Police say an officer shot at Manta while he was fleeing.
