(Portland, OR)  --  One man is hospitalized after being shot during an argument in rural Clackamas County.  Police say two men were arguing at a property on Upper Highland Road yesterday when one of the men opened fire, hitting the other.  The gunshot victim was hospitalized, and police say the shooter was also hospitalized for exhaustion-related injuries.
