(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused in several smash-and-grab burglaries across Portland.  Police say 63-year-old Melvin Tillman is wanted on a felony arrest warrant.  Police say he's facing charges for several burglaries at businesses across the city, especially at stores along Hawthorne Boulevard.
