(Washington, DC)  --  It's primary day in Oregon.  Democrats Jamie McLeod Skinner and Eric Burnette are battling to take on incumbent Republican Congressman Greg Walden in November.  Skinner is a city planner.  Burnette touts 30-plus years of experience in the maritime industry.  Three other states are also holding primaries today including Pennsylvania, Idaho and Nebraska.
