(Portland, OR)  --  The median price of a Portland home is now over 400-thousand-dollars for the first time.  April figures show the median price jumped nearly 14-percent over the past year to 405-thousand-dollars.  "OregonLive" reports that contracts for upcoming sales dipped a bit, indicating that the lofty price may be short-lived.
