(Springfield, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man caught on camera installing a skimming device on an ATM in Springfield.  Police yesterday released still images from a surveillance camera showing the man installing the device at Northwest Community Credit Union on Main Street.  The bank says about 300 people used the ATM before the skimming device was discovered.  Thieves use skimming devices to steal information from bank cards.  Police say the suspect is believed to be driving a silver 2018 Kia Sportage with California license plate 7YLS610.
