(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for three people they believe may have witnessed a police chase and officer-involved shooting in the Gresham area.  Police say they want to question 44-year-old Wanda Gyles Howard, 37-year-old Stephanie Beach White and 31-year-old James Davidson.  Police shot and critically injured the car chase suspect, Vasile Manta, Monday afternoon after finding him in a Burger King parking lot.  Police say he's accused of stealing a minivan.
