(Portland, OR)  --  Police say the driver responsible for a crash that injured one person on Highway 26 appears to have been intoxicated.  Police say the two-car crash happened around midnight between Northwest 185th Avenue and Northwest Bethany Boulevard.  Police say the driver responsible had a blood-alcohol content of point-three-zero-five.
