Alaska Airlines Marks Milestone With First Female Black Piloting Team

(Seattle, WA)  --  Alaska Airlines is celebrating a milestone following its first flight to be piloted by two black women.  Captain Tara Wright and first officer Mallory Cave became the first female African-American pilot team to pilot an Alaska Airlines flight on Sunday.  Wright announced the milestone to applause from passengers just before the flight took off.  Flight 361 flew from San Francisco to Portland.
