(Bend, OR)  --  Arraignment is scheduled Monday for the father of a baby found abandoned in the woods near Bend.  Police booked 25-year-old Brandon Michael Blouin into the Deschutes County Jail Monday on several charges, including child neglect and first-degree criminal mistreatment.  Police say he left his one-year-old son alone and naked in a wooded area near Bend late last week.  He allegedly took the child without legal authority from his maternal grandmother, who is the baby's legal guardian.
