(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a 21-year-old University of Oregon student who was found dead on the shore of Shasta Lake.  Police say Dylan Pietres was majoring in business administration and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.  He was found dead inside his tent Saturday after a night of drinking at the annual "Shasta Lake Weekend" attended by University of Oregon students.  Police don't suspect foul play.
