(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following a house fire in Happy Valley.  Fire officials say the homeowner was returning from the grocery store last night when she found her house in flames.  Both her dogs were able to escape the fire unharmed.  An investigation is ongoing into what caused the fire.
