(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing eleven-year-old boy.  Police say Curtis Howe was last seen Monday with friends in the seven-thousand block of Southeast 76th Avenue.  He's described as five-foot-one and 100 pounds with reddish dark blond or light brown hair and blue eyes.  He's believed to be wearing a black hoodie with black pants and carrying a black backpack.
