(Portland, OR)  --  A 13-year-old boy is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot his classmates.  Police arrested the boy yesterday.  He's accused of making a post to Snapchat in which he threatened to shoot fellow students at French Prairie Middle School in Woodburn.  Police say there's no evidence that he had the means or capability to carry out the shooting.  He's been charged with menacing and disorderly conduct.
