Judge Allows Teen To Wear Border Wall Shirt To School

(Portland, OR)  --  A U.S. District Court judge says a student at a Hillsboro high school can continue wearing his pro-border wall t-shirt, at least for now.  The judge granted a temporary restraining order yesterday against Liberty High School on behalf of 18-year-old Addison Barnes.  Barnes was kicked out of class in January after wearing a shirt to school that read, quote, "Donald J. Trump Border Wall Construction Co. -- The Wall Just Got 10 Feet Taller."  Yesterday's decision prevents the school from banning the shirt for the next 30 days or until a hearing on a more permanent restraining order takes place.
