(Portland, OR) -- A Beaverton man is facing additional jail time after allegedly running away from his sentencing hearing. Police say 34-year-old Cory Hergenrader was in court yesterday to be sentenced for a charge of driving while suspended when he took off. Police say he ran through a nearby grocery store and car dealership before officers captured him eleven minutes later. He was originally facing a sentence of 90 days with credit for time served, but the judge is now increasing that to 230 days with credit for time served.
