(Portland, OR)  --  A California man is facing charges after allegedly being caught sexually abusing an underage girl in Northeast Portland.  Police arrested 28-year-old Jaime Andres Ordonez Calderon of Los Angeles Sunday on charges of second-degree sex abuse and third-degree rape.  Police say the victim is getting support.
