(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing teenage girl.  Police say 14-year-old Jestyn Webster was last seen early yesterday morning at Riverbend Hospital in Springfield.  She's described as white, five-foot-one and 135 pounds with blue eyes and medium-length brown hair.
