(Salem, OR)  --  Tax returns are being made public for Oregon's Governor and her GOP challenger.  "The Oregonian" reports that while Governor Kate Brown and her husband are certainly well off, state Representative Knute Buehler and his wife Patty are among the state's top one-percent of earners.  Both of them are surgeons.
