(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are searching for a person of interest in connection to a shooting and car crash in northeast Vancouver.  Police say they're looking to talk to Justin Schell, who is believed to be the last person who spoke to Ariel Romano before his death on June 9th.  Police say Schell and Romano were seen together with two other men in a WinCo parking lot just before the shooting and crash.  Investigators say an altercation broke out, leading to the car chase and shooting that killed Romano.
