(Portland, OR)  --  An outdoor burn ban is in effect for areas in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Yamhill counties.  The ban affects all cities and unincorporated areas served by Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue.  All backyard, agricultural and other demolition burning is banned.  However, residents can still enjoy small backyard fire pits and outdoor fireplaces.
