(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing charges following a Fourth of July shooting in southeast Portland.  Police arrested Bennie London and Shakor Holiday Wednesday night about a block away from the shooting near Mill City Park.  Police say witnesses called 9-1-1 after seeing several people brandishing firearms near the park and then opening fire before fleeing in multiple cars.  No injuries were reported.
