(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening a TriMet employee with an electric drill.  The incident happened yesterday at the Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center.  Police arrested Fred Knispel on charges of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal mischief.  Police say Knispel threatened the employee after refusing to get off the bus after it reached the end of its route.
