(Portland, OR)  --  The Department of Homeland Security says they arrested three demonstrators yesterday outside the ICE facility in southwest Portland.  Occupy ICE PDX says the arrests happened during a brief confrontation yesterday in which DHS officers reportedly tried to raid their camp near the facility.  Video shows officers tackling one demonstrator to the ground before arresting him and at least one officer spraying pepper spray and firing pepper ball rounds at the demonstrators.  DHS spokesperson Robert Sperling says two officers received minor injuries in the incident.
