(Portland, OR)  --  A three-year-old girl is recovering after falling out of a window at her home in Happy Valley.  It happened yesterday afternoon at the Mt. Scott Apartments on Southeast Stevens Road.  Police say the girl fell from a third-story window and landed on some bark-dust and rock.  Doctors say she's expected to survive.
