Second Cougar Sighting Reported In SE Portland

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are warning residents to be on the lookout for a cougar following a second sighting in southeast Portland this week.  The Portland Police Bureau says a woman called authorities early this morning after a cougar attacked her dog at her home near Southeast 118th Avenue and Southeast Division Street.  Police previously received a call Monday night about a cougar rolling around in someone's backyard near Southeast 118th Avenue and Division Street.
