(Pleasant Hill, OR)  --  An Oregon park ranger is behind bars on complaints he inappropriately touched a young girl visiting a state park over the weekend.  The Lane County Sheriff's office says 32-year-old David Paul Buchanan was charged with first-degree sexual abuse following the Saturday incident at the Jasper State Recreation Site near Pleasant Hill.  He also faces a public indecency charge after he allegedly exposed his private area to two other girls at Dexter Lake last month.  Buchanan remains in custody at the Lane County Jail.
