(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are behind bars on accusations of raping a teenage girl.  Police arrested Chan Hwang Tuesday in Grants Pass after arresting Portland resident Christopher Iverson late last month.  Police believe they may have other victims.  Both are being held on more than a million dollars bail each.
