(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of killing a 74-year-old woman.  Police arrested 47-year-old Garth Beams yesterday.  Police say the woman was found dead around 4:15 p.m. inside a home on Southwest 72nd Avenue and Sagert Street.  It's not yet clear how the woman died.
