(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is hospitalized in critical condition and two other people are seriously injured following a crash in northeast Portland.  Police say the woman was driving without her headlights on near the Oregon Humane Society on Northeast Columbia Boulevard Saturday night when she rear-ended another vehicle carrying two people.  The woman was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, while the two people in the other car were hospitalized for serious injuries but are expected to survive.
