(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a woman found dead in north Portland.  Police found the body of 29-year-old Dallas Boyd Friday afternoon after receiving a tip from the public.  Police have arrested 58-year-old Terry Hickman as a suspect.  An investigation is ongoing.
