(Corvallis, OR)  --  A Corvallis City Councilman is in trouble with the law after allegedly chasing an in-law with a gun.  Court documents say 47-year-old Mark Page was booked on a number of charges after a weekend disagreement with his brother-in-law.  The police report indicates that Page was in custody pending his arraignment.  During the altercation, Page is accused of chasing his brother-in-law around a car, threatening to shoot him.  The confrontation was reportedly seen by Page's two children and the victim's seven kids.
