(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man arrested following a standoff at a home in Beaverton.  Police say they arrested 40-year-old Michael Ryan McMillan Tuesday night at a home on Southwest Alice Lane.  He's being investigated on charges of domestic harassment, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.
