(Tigard, OR)  --  A 32-year-old wheelchair-bound man is dead after being hit by a car on Pacific Highway in Tigard.  Police say Daniel Bullchild was crossing the highway without using a crosswalk yesterday morning when the car crashed into him.  Police say Bullchild showed signs of intoxication at the time of the crash.  Police say the driver has not been cited.
