(Bend, OR)  --  Central Oregon Community College doesn't have a student newspaper anymore.  A spokesman told the Bend Bulletin that funding was cut because young people no longer want to read newspapers, much less write for them.  A survey from four years ago showed that more than half the student body didn't know The Broadside existed and only seven-percent admitted to reading it.
