(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot and killed by police officers in Seaside.  Police say 44-year-old Cashus Dean Case died Tuesday after being shot by officers during a confrontation at the Seaside RV Park on Highway 101.  Police say officers were responding to reports of a dispute over another park resident's dog when Case refused to drop his gun, prompting police to open fire, killing him.
