(Portland, OR)  --  A Multnomah County Sheriff's Deputy is facing criminal charges for alleged sexual abuse.  The Sheriff's Office says Dwight Richey was indicted by a grand jury this week on three counts of second-degree sex abuse as well as five counts of third-degree sex abuse and one count of harassment.  Richey is on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of criminal proceedings.
