(Portland, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a 20-year-old man in connection to hit-and-run crash that critically injured a college basketball player nine months ago. Police say Sequoyha Storck is facing nearly two-dozen charges for the crash that injured Ana Wakefield last October. Police arrested him in late June and have since charged him in connection to the crash along Highway 212. Wakefield eventually recovered and went on to play in the Multnomah University's final women's basketball game of the season.
